About Me

I'm an avid hiker, climber and skier. I'm a geek with a degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. My career has encompassed developing operating system internals, major search engines, data analytics systems, and real-time large scale credit card fraud detection systems. I'm dad of the three coolest kids in the world, and about to be a granddad!

List Hiker brings together my passion for the outdoors and my geek-passion for data. My goal is to provide hikers with an easy, fun tool for tracking and sharing their hiking lists, without the hassle and fragility of tracking manually in paper or spreadsheets.
