How do I submit my completion application when I finish a list?

When you complete a list, List Hiker hands you a validated, filled-out completion application — for many lists, the sponsoring organization's own form — with dates, peaks, and details already in place. Your hikes have already been checked against the list's rules, so you're not mailing in a form with a hidden problem.

Print it, sign it, and mail it in — or submit online where the organization supports it — and claim your patch, your completion certificate, and your place on the official finishers' list.
