When you complete a list, you can use List Hiker to create a validated, filled-out completion application form. Your hikes have already been checked against the list's rules, helping to ensure that your application will be accepted.

To claim your patch, certificate, and/or official finisher number, print this form, sign it, and mail it in with any additional required documentation and fees.
