For Strava hikers

Your Strava hikes, counted on every list.

Strava records your hikes. List Hiker turns them into accurate, always-current progress on the NH 48, the Colorado 14ers, the Adirondack 46, the Terrifying 25, and more. Connect once and every hike counts toward your lists automatically.

No hand-tracking. No GPX files. Keep recording the way you do now.

    Pick your lists

NH 48, 14ers, ADK 46, and more, each with its Variations.

  • Your whole history, fast. List Hiker loads every Strava activity you’ve recorded, usually within minutes, and matches each one against your lists.
  • New hikes arrive on their own. Save a hike on Strava and it lands on your lists moments later. On iPhone, a notification tells you which peaks you bagged.
  • Edits follow along. When you rename or delete an activity on Strava, List Hiker picks up the change.

Garmin, COROS, and Suunto hikes come along too.

If your watch already syncs to Strava, List Hiker already has your hikes. Activities from Garmin Connect, COROS, Suunto, and any other device linked to Strava flow through automatically, with no extra accounts or exports.

  • Fill in the gaps. Hikes from before Strava can come in too: old exports from other services, spreadsheets, even photos of paper lists. See how it works →
  • Duplicates handled. If the same hike arrives twice, say once from Strava and once from Apple Health, Tune-Up spots it and merges the two. About Tune-Up →

Built for list hikers.

Strava is great for recording and sharing your hikes. List Hiker adds the part list hikers have always done by hand.

  • Every peak and trail, matched. List Hiker matches each track to the summits and full trail segments you covered, so one hike can count toward several lists. How matching works →
  • The real rules, checked. Season boundaries, one-peak-per-hike lists, complete trail segments, grandfathered peaks. Rules we check →
  • Every Variation. Winter, Four-Season, the Grid, and repeat rounds are tracked side by side.
  • Recording mix-ups, fixed. Hike logged as a ride? Watch still running on the drive home? List Hiker flags it and helps you fix it.
  • Easier applications. When you finish, List Hiker can fill out a validated application for the list’s sponsoring organization. Recognition →

  • Keep using Strava. Record, share, and give kudos on Strava the way you always have. List Hiker doesn’t record or share your activities. It only tracks your lists.
  • Read-only. List Hiker never posts to, changes, or deletes anything in your Strava account.
  • Your Strava data is visible only to you. Progress you choose to share shows which peaks and segments you’ve completed, but does not include Strava data such as activity titles and metrics.
  • Never used for AI training. List Hiker doesn’t sell your data or share it with third parties.
  • Disconnect anytime. Revoke access on Strava and List Hiker deletes everything it received from Strava. Disconnect from inside List Hiker and you decide whether that data is kept or deleted.

How we handle Strava data →

No. Keep recording with Strava, or with any watch or app you’ve linked to Strava. List Hiker picks up each new activity on its own. Is List Hiker a tracking app? →
Will my Garmin hikes come through Strava?
Yes. If Garmin Connect already syncs to Strava, those hikes reach List Hiker automatically. The same goes for COROS, Suunto, and other devices linked to Strava. Importing from Garmin Connect →
What does List Hiker cost?
List Hiker is free. Connecting Strava is free too. What does List Hiker cost? →
What if I’d rather not connect my Strava account?
