Adirondack 46 High Peaks

Adirondack High Peaks (sometimes ADK46 or just ADK) is a popular and demanding hiking list of 46 peaks in the Adirondacks. Initially including just peaks of at least 4,000' elevation, subsequent surveys showed some peaks slightly under 4,000'. Adirondack 46ers, a nonprofit whose members have climbed all 46 peaks, is dedicated to environmental protection, education, trail maintenance, and other Adirondacks initiatives. Completion of the list makes you a “46er”, and a Winter 46er patch is also available. All peaks in the ADK46 are also part of the New England 115.
